Social Service and Criminal Justice Programs

EMT has done numerous evaluations of social service and criminal justice programs. These evaluations require an understanding of the multi-faceted nature of social service needs typical among criminal justice involved populations, as well as knowledge of the criminal justice system. Most recently, these have included evaluations of Family Justice Centers, adult drug courts, DUI courts, substance abuse treatment programs for reentering youth and adults, and visitation programs for incarcerated mothers whose children are supervised by child protective services. These evaluations often cross-over into the areas of public health and behavioral health.
