Behavioral health (in particular prevention, treatment, and recovery as related to substance use and mental disorders) has been a primary focus area for EMT. Our experience in this field is extensive and includes several national, multi-site evaluation studies and more than 150 policy and program evaluations at the state or local level. We are adept at evaluating behavioral health programs and systems of care, as well as at supporting data coordination and quality improvement efforts at the Federal, state and local levels. We are thoroughly familiar with evaluation needs and challenges for behavioral health policy, program, and performance monitoring at all governmental levels. In addition to evaluation work, EMT has served as the prime contractor for production of media products for the Road to Recovery program sponsored by the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
